Buildings : Besides the olive press which consists of 2 adjoining buildings, there are 4more smaller buildings, one of which houses the flourmill. All are in an excellent state of repair except for the rooves which would be better replaced. All the buildings were renovated some years ago when the olive press operated as a cafe. The joins between the granite stones have all been pointed on the outside as well as in the inside of the olive press building, thus saving a new buyer a big expense and much time.
Much of the interesting machinery is still present and someone with an artistic inclination would be sure to include this in the reconstruction in some unique way !

Water: In years bygone the river water was sparkling and pure enough to drink, and therefore a well was not necessary. Unfortunately this has changed due to different methods of agriculture which leaves one uncertain as to what is entering the water upstream. Sinking a borehole is probably advisable.
